How far in advance do I need to place my order?


Please place your orders as far in advance as possible to ensure all items are in stock and available, If you need a rushed gift please email me before ordering. I will do my best to ensure your gift is ready and delivered in time!




Do you create custom and corporate boxes?


Yes! I love designing customised gift boxes that represent you or your business whether it’s for corporate gifts, wedding party favours, bridesmaids or groomsmen boxes or anything in between.




What is your return policy?


We want everyone to be Wrapped with their purchase! If for some reason you or the recipent are unhappy, please let me know at hello@wrapped.co.nz to discuss and I will do my very best to resolve the issue. Any breakage that may have occurred in transit must be reported within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement.




If I sent it directly will an invoice or packing slip be included?


Nope! We do not include invoices in our gift boxes but if you would like to be invoiced via email please let me know and I will be more than happy to do so.

Auckland Delivery 0-5km radius (from Kumeu) - Free delivery! 5-10km - $5 10km+ - $10 NZ wide Flat rate of $15
